All classes require a $35 non-refundable deposit to hold a spot. The deposit will not be returned or put towards another class if you need to cancel. Please read through the policies for vaccination requirements.
American Kennel Club Classes
S.T.A.R Puppy is included in the Puppy Class.
Canine Good Citizen
The CGC preparation class and evaluation shows that a handler has control over his/her dog and that the dog has good behavior in public. Dogs in this class should already be comfortable around people and other dogs and know standard obedience cues. Behaviors include sitting politely for petting, separation from the handler, and waiting patiently while the handler talks to another person. Testing will occur on the final class. Community Canine
Dogs must have earned the Canine Good Citizen in order to participate in this class. Community Canine takes what was done in CGC and moves it to a higher level. Cost: $70 for a 4-week class; $20 additional testing fee. For more information:

Urban Canine
Dogs must have earned the Canine Good Citizen in order to test for Urban Canine. Components of the test include skills such as being under control walking in a crosswalk, having many people walking towards the dog without the dog reacting, ability to ride in an elevator or traverse stairs, and leave food and food wrappers alone that are on the sidewalk. There will be only one preparation class. Cost: $25; $20 additional testing fee. Trick Dog Novice
AKC’s Trick Dog Novice is an introductory class for beginning tricks and agility. Dogs need to be dog-friendly as there will be times of being off-leash. Completion of a beginner level class is required. The dogs also need to be able to refrain from wanting to play with the other dogs. Cost: $135 for a 6-week session. Trick Dog Intermediate
AKC’s Intermediate Trick Class takes the tricks from the Novice level into a harder level. Dogs need to be dog-friendly as there will be times of being off-leash. Rally Novice
Dogs must have completed an Intermediate Class prior to participating in Rally Novice. Rally is a dog sport that entails the dog and handler working together to navigate a series of skills/obedience cues. This class will introduce you to Rally. Novice is the first level.
